These terms govern use of FounderBrain’s CRM and WhatsApp communication services operated by Lappse Agri and Food Innovation Pvt Ltd.

Permitted use

Use the service only for lawful, consent-based business communication and comply with applicable law, Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp policies, opt-in, template, quality, and messaging-window requirements.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for spam, deception, harassment, credential theft, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to bypass access controls.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful recipient permissions, authorized account access, and safeguarding credentials.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Meta, telecommunications, hosting, and internet systems may delay or reject messages.
